郑辞晏,女,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,2023年8月至2024年8月作为访问学者参与清华大学电子工程系智能感知集成电路与系统实验室合作科研工作。2016年获国家留学基金委公派留学项目资助前往澳大利亚西澳大利亚大学大学攻读博士学位。主要科学研究领域为智能感知方向,具体如下:
1. 基于新型器件特性的建模(记忆元件、柔性器件等); 2. 针对新型器件在智能感知系统中的应用(存算一体、感算共融、智能感知、智能计算电路等); 3. 搭建针对新器件及其在智能感知系统中的具有示范推广价值的技术体系。
