个人简介

向丹,博士,教授,硕士生导师,博士生导师,广州市杰出专家,国家重点研发计划首席科学家,广东省高等学校优秀青年教师培养对象,广东省高等学校优秀青年教师培养对象,广东省“千百十人才工程”校级培养对象,“青年英才”培养对象,“2011-2013”学年十佳师德先进个人。现兼任广东省人工智能产业协会智库专家、广东省电子学会理事等职。

主要从事水下传感,机器学习,计算机视觉方向的研究。2014-2015年在美国阿肯色大学机器学习方向访学一年。近五年主持国家重点研发计划项目1项,主持省部级以上项目4项;主持申报的广东省智能爬模控制系统及设备工程技术研究中心获得省级工程中心立项;以第一发明人获得授权发明专利10项;第一或通讯作者发表论文近30篇,多篇被SCI收录。指导学生参加挑战杯等赛事获国家级奖项5项、省级奖项16项,指导学生参加2013年度全国大挑战杯大赛获全国一等奖。
